Order Processing
We process orders within 2-3 business days and the preparation of the item takes the time as specified in the product page. It excludes weekends and holidays.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at contact@francoise-rapp.com. You will receive news of the processing of the order at each step of its creation.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@francoise-rapp.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will charge a 100€ shipping fee.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Orders are non-refundable. We do not accept returns after delivery neither we refund a product or certification course after its payment.

For certification programs, any cancellation made one month and beyond prior to the course date, a refund of 40% will be done via paypal or stripe. Any cancellation made less than one month prior the class date, no refund will be done but the amount paid can be used for another course enrollment date.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@francoise-rapp.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
